We want Alpine Digest Pro to be a no-regret purchase. The terms below describe how refunds work and the consumer rights we honour under Swiss and EU law.
You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first Pro payment for any reason. No questions asked, no cancellation form. Email hello@alpinedigest.ch with the email address on your subscription and we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
This is more generous than the Swiss baseline; we offer it because language-learning is a personal commitment and we want you to feel safe trying us out.
After the first 14 days, paid time you have already used is non-refundable. You can cancel at any moment via the customer portal on your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Pro access until then.
For annual subscriptions, after the 14-day window we will refund the unused months pro rata if you cancel within the first six months. Beyond six months of an annual subscription, the remaining time is non-refundable but you keep Pro access until renewal.
If Alpine Digest is unavailable due to our fault for a continuous period of more than 24 hours, you are entitled to a pro-rata credit on your next invoice. Email us if this happens and we will apply the credit without you asking.
If you are charged after cancelling, or charged for a plan you did not authorise, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full plus any reasonable fees your bank applies.
Email hello@alpinedigest.ch with:
You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days and the refund within 7 business days of approval.
We prefer to resolve any payment issue directly. If you raise a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us, your access may be suspended until the dispute is settled. We almost always say yes to a polite email; the chargeback route rarely produces a faster outcome.
Under Swiss consumer law and, where applicable, EU consumer law, you keep all rights granted by your local legislation. This policy adds to those rights — it does not replace them.
Refunds are processed by Alpine Digest, Shruti Sharma. Disputes are governed by Swiss law with exclusive jurisdiction in the canton of Geneva.
